Reconnaissance
| The Company holds a valuable exploration database which is the basis for its Reconnaissance project. The database includes more than 4,000 stream sediment samples, many of which are anomalous in gold, silver, and/or indicator elements from across a land area exceeding 1-million hectares, primarily within the Huancavelica Department, southeast of Lima. The database was generated by Geologix during their former Joint-Venture with Newmont Peru S.R.L. and was acquired by Rae-Wallace, along with its portfolio of Peruvian exploration projects, in 2010. A prospecting crew has followed up on anomalous gold and silver samples across the region with several positively assessed and targeted for acquisition. As prior reconnaissance-level work with this database led to the acquisition of several Rae-Wallace projects including Liscay, management believes that its recent field work program is likely to result in the generation of additional new projects for the Company. | |
