George P. ColePresident, CEO & Director Mr. Cole has more than 30 years of international exploration, property evaluation, business development, and corporate management experience. He retired from the Cominco organization in 2001 as V-P of Exploration for Cominco American where he was responsible for exploration and business development. Among many achievements, Mr. Cole led teams that more than doubled the resource base at the Red Dog Zinc Mine in northwest Alaska, one of the largest zinc mines in the world. Since 2002, he has been a Director and held various senior executive positions with several junior resource companies including Trelawney Mining & Exploration, Garrison International Ltd., and Quincy Energy Corporation. |

R. Stephen FribergVP Exploration Mr. Friberg has more than 42 years of experience in the mining and exploration industry, working for nearly three decades as a consulting exploration geologist for several major and junior mining companies. He began his career in Nevada where he led the discovery of a gold deposit of more than one million ounces. Mr. Friberg has since worked throughout the Americas and China and has developed particular expertise in the geology and mineral deposits of Peru. He holds a B.S. degree in Geology from the University of Nevada. |

Andres TinajeroCFO Mr. Tinajero has over 15 years of business experience, having supported a broad range of industries, including mining, not for profit, manufacturing and retail; establishing a strong accounting and business skill set, transitioning into the public sector serving in leadership roles for small and medium sized companies in extractive industries. During this same period, he has served as Controller and CFO of a number of start-ups and medium sized Public companies across Canada. He holds degrees in Business Administration and an MBA, and is also a Member of the Canadian Institute of Certified Management Accountants, and currently enrolled in the Director's Program through the University of Toronto. |

Chris IrwinCorporate Secretary Mr. Irwin has nearly 20 years of experience advising public mineral exploration companies. He is a partner at Irwin Lowry LLP and is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada. He has extensive expertise in private placements and in corporate agreements including joint ventures and merger and acquisition transactions. Mr. Irwin has served as an Officer or Director of several public companies. He holds degrees from Bishop's University, the University of New Brunswick, and Osgoode Hall Law School of York University. |

Scott MonroeCountry Manager (Peru) Mr. Monroe has worldwide experience as a geologist and exploration manager. During a 28-year career at Cominco and Teck Cominco, he managed programs in the U.S., Brazil, Argentina, and Namibia, and was General Manager of Cominco and Teck Exploration offices in Turkey, Peru, Chile, and Mexico. He has directly contributed to the discovery of one gold mine and a number of large-scale gold and base metal projects in Nevada, Turkey, and Mexico. He is currently the Director General of Intercore Perforaciones S de RL de CV, a Mexican-based diamond drilling company with several drill rigs and crews working in Latin America. Mr. Monroe holds a Master's degree in Geology from Western Washington University. |
