Mr. Dircksen has nearly 40 years of experience in the mining & exploration industry, serving in executive, managerial, and technical roles at several companies. He has a strong technical background, serving as a team member on nine gold discoveries, seven of which later became operating mines. Mr. Dircksen has held senior management positions with Lacana Gold, The Cordex Syndicate, Orvana Minerals, Bravo Venture Group, and Brett Resources. He is currently Executive Chairman and V-P of Exploration of Timberline Resources Corporation. He holds an M.S. in Geology from the Mackay School of Mines at the University of Nevada.

Dr. Baker is an exploration geologist with more than 30 years of international exploration experience. He has also held senior technical and managerial positions with several junior mining companies, currently serving as President & CEO of Gunpoint Exploration Ltd. Previously, he was Director of Exploration at Oriel Resources plc, a London-based junior mining company with gold and base metal projects in the Russian Federation and Kyrgyzstan. He was also previously Chief Geologist for Newcrest Mining Ltd., Chief Geologist (South America) for MIM Holdings Ltd., and Principal Geologist (Asia) for Renison Goldfield Corporation. He holds a B.Sc. (Honours) and Ph.D. from James Cook University of North Queensland.
